Resumen

The design of an ecosystem of innovation and digital transformation considers the conceptualization of the central aspects of this work: ecosystem, innovation and digital transformation, considering the main components such as, the environment in its scientific and social aspects, governance, with its plans, projects  and organization, market action with its main axis of value enhancement of innovation in its global or national scope, for which, the important resources are those that energize the ecosystem and also intangibles are networks, SW and organizational culture.
This ecosystem is developed to promote research, innovation and digital transformation as a scientific and technological development strategy in entrepreneurial organizations.
