Resumen

The objective of this study is to analyze the online learning experiences that are related to the pedagogical approach of Connectivism, empowering teachers' digital communication skills. In the development of the research, the qualitative approach was considered, through a documentary analysis of scientific articles published in high-impact journals collected using the PRISMA methodology for a systematic review. The results show us that the role of the teacher, through the improvement of their communicative and technological skills, participates with the students in a greater interactivity with the contents and activities of the course, organizing learning communities in processes of openness, connectivity, autonomy and diversity.
