Resumen

The management of university tutoring becomes increasingly important during the professional training of students and this makes it necessary to implement a sustainable tutorial program. With this idea, the following objective has been formulated: to determine how tutoring management influences personal leadership and life purpose in times of COVID 19 of University Education students. The research by its nature corresponds to the quantitative research approach, design with pretest-posttest, experimental groups and control groups; the tutorial program has been experienced; To observe the behavior of the dependent variable, the Descriptive Appreciation Scale-EAD check was applied, validated through expert judgment (93%) and with Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient. As a result, it is evident that in the pre-test of the examinees that are part of the experimental group, the average of 56.47 was obtained and the average of the pre-test of the control group is 40.99, in the post-test the experimental group obtained an average of 79.62 considered high passing and in the control group its average was 54.82; it is shown that tutoring management positively influences personal leadership and life purpose in times of COVID 19 of university education students.
