Resumen
The article analyzed the impact between human resources management and good teaching performance in public educational institutions in a district of Lima. Its qualitative approach has based on the naturalistic paradigm, hermeneutic, descriptive design. In-depth interviews were conducted with nine participants. The results show that the management of human talent in public educational institutions is deficient performed due to the administrative burden of managers that does not allow them to perform a good management of human resources through continuous monitoring and accompaniment; also due to the deficient coordination with teachers and the community in general. It concluded that teacher performance was deficient due to the lack of adequate management of human resources and the lack of development of professionalism and teacher identity.
