Resumen
The covid-19 crisis determined the total closure of regular and higher basic instruction centers, suspending the continuity of face-to-face education, generating an educational crisis to which distance or remote education was given as the only alternative solution, arriving on time students through the fundamental use of information and communication technologies. The objective of the research was to carry out a bibliographic description of the policies implemented to give continuity to the educational system. The methodology was qualitative, with correlational documentary information processing and theoretical-analytical support found in databases and scientific journals such as ProQuest, EBSCO HOST, Google Scholar, Dialnet and Scielo, with search variables: public policies in education and covid-19., finding 100 articles, using 50 related to the research objective, these being from 2020 onwards. The results indicate that students and teachers do not have prior virtual preparation at all educational levels, including initial. It is concluded that the virtual model should be strengthened by the Peruvian state, since it favors dynamic, practical and understandable learning, which facilitates educational development at various socio-cultural levels.
