Analysis of the Integration of ICT in the business sector of Santander through Big Data

Resumen

The present investigation takes as problematic the lack of existing information on the integration of ICT in the business context of Santander, for which it seeks to build an analysis that allows answering how has the integration process of ICT been in companies of Santander? especially with respect to the strengths and difficulties of the process. Given this, the proposed objective is to analyze the Integration of ICT in the Santander business sector through Big Data to strengthen the existing information on the sector. This under a mixed methodological approach of descriptive explanatory type. Data collection and analysis is carried out based on Big Data as a guiding technique, likewise, from the use of software tools such as Power Bi. The results show that among the main strengths associated with ICT integration in Santander companies is connectivity and the possibilities of contracting trained in ICT, however, difficulties and important barriers are identified, such as the lack of budget for ICT, among others.
