Road maintenance management and its relationship with the satisfaction of the users of Metropolitan Lima, 2022

Resumen

The purpose of this article is to determine if road maintenance is significantly associated with user satisfaction in Metropolitan Lima 2023. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, sample 100 users, the design was non-experimental, correlational descriptive type, developed in the application and the tools are two questionnaires and data collection sheets, which are added in SPSS and Microsoft Excel after creating the database. The results in Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.919 establish a highly significant relationship between routine maintenance and user satisfaction. It was concluded that maintenance management is inadequate in the investigated roads. The data related to user satisfaction show a positive correlation coefficient of 0.891 and a bilateral significance result of 0.000.
