Resumen
This article demonstrates the existing relationship of motivation and gender perspective in the crime of feminicide in the Huaura Judicial District, 2021-2022. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, showing 324 jurisdictional staff, non-experimental design, correlational descriptive type, applying two questionnaires and using SPSS 27 for database. The results obtained have been Spearman Rho of 0.823 with a sig. Bilat. of 0,000, which demonstrates a highly significant relationship of the study variables. It was concluded that there is a high positive relationship between the right to motivation and the gender perspective of the crime of feminicide in the judicial district of Huaura, 2021-2022, that is, by improving one of the variables implies in the other also in a favourable way.
