Resumen
The objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between collaborative consumption economies and the satisfaction of users of lodging services in Ayacucho in 2024. Ninety-eight Airbnb users were surveyed, applying a quantitative, descriptive and non-experimental methodology. In the results, Spearman's Rho coefficient was applied, showing an average positive correlation of 0.657 between user satisfaction and consumption economies in Airbnb, indicating that lower prices and other economies increase satisfaction. With a p-value of less than 0.05, the correlation is statistically significant. The paper concluded that there is a positive correlation between user satisfaction and consumption economies on Airbnb. Diversity in supply and demand also shows a positive, albeit moderate (0.492) influence on satisfaction. This suggests that a greater variety of services can improve user experience. In addition, the use of collaborative and digital networks has a positive relationship with satisfaction, highlighting the importance of interaction in collaborative platforms and social networks in the perception of service quality.
