Resumen
Currently, the issue of workplace well-being within organizations has been gaining great relevance, however, strategies and efforts that lead to the balance that is sought are still lacking. Workplace well-being is currently related to different factors, including the productivity of employees, which is directly related to professional growth, and in turn affects relationships with the work team, therefore it is transmitted to clients. Having workplace well-being in an organization brings a series of benefits that positively affect both the employee and the organization. The general objective was to design a proposal for a Workplace Well-being model for SMEs domiciled in Bogotá. To fulfill this objective, a multi-case method was used according to (Yin, 2014, cited in Roman Castillo & Smida, 2017, p. 132), which state that: It is a research design based on case studies; it is the action plan that will guide the researcher in the process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting observations. This design includes the definition of a logical test model that will allow inferences to be made about the causal relationships between research variables.
