Resumen
The central purpose of this study was to analyze how high-performance management is linked to business results in Peruvian companies. The research was conducted using an applied quantitative approach, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The sample was a census and included 80 employees (professionals and middle managers) who voluntarily agreed to participate in the research. Due to the non-normality of the data, verified using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman's rho correlation was used. The findings showed statistical significance (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and a very strong direct association between the study variables (rho = 0.898). At the dimensional level, positive and significant relationships were observed between high-performance management and financial results (Rho = 0.817; p = 0.000), operational indicators (Rho = 0.814; p = 0.000), and human resource indicators (Rho = 0.603; p = 0.000). Consequently, the specific hypotheses were accepted, confirming that strengthening high-performance practices corresponded to better financial performance, greater operational efficiency, and improved personnel metrics, providing valuable information to support management decision-making in the Peruvian business environment.
