Outsourcing in an organization is mainly associated with increased productivity, this factor allows the organization to optimize the time spent on various relevant activities and to guide work strategically. Outsourcing offers diversity, it is necessary for the organization to identify the activities that can be carried out through outsourcing, the influx of highly trained personnel offers advantages related to fulfilling highly specialized activities.
