Theoretical and methodological perspectives of emotions in online learning: systematic review

Resumen

The objective of this study is to know the theoretical and methodological perspectives that are present in studies on emotions in the online teaching-learning process in recent years. As part of the methodology, the PRISMA method was used, gathering information from various online databases of Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest and Ebsco. The results determined an analysis of 20 scientific articles of experimental, non-experimental, mixed and qualitative designs that answered the research question. Concluding that emotions are expressed and experienced by the use of virtual platforms and are currently part of communication between people from anywhere, likewise in online education teachers must use strategies and activities innovative supported by learning theories, so constructivism and connectivism is the most prominent in this new change.
